DUI Case
I am EXTREMELY thankful I asked Ellis Klein to represent me in a DUI case that ultimately could have had very dire consequences that would definitely have landed me jail time, loss of my driving privileges and hefty fines. He was able to help me get on an ARD program which during that time I had a motor vehicle accident that threatened my ability to stay on the ARD program. He was able to keep me on the program and was crucial to having the best outcome I could have ever asked for. He is very professional, extremely kind and is an EXCELLENT lawyer. ARD case - A great result from a highly experienced attorney
I retained Ellis to represent me after I was charged with a DUI involving a minor motor vehicle accident. Although it was my first offense, an accident is usually automatic grounds for rejection of ARD so I was facing a full criminal trial and conviction that would be on my record forever. Ellis went to bat for me with the DA and secured my entry into the ARD program even with the accident. Normally ARD is a 12 month program but by helping me to get all the conditions completed prior to my hearing, my ARD was reduced to 6 months. Now the entire incident will be expunged from my record in just half a year. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Ellis.

DUI experience was as good as of outcome as I could have hoped for
I hired Ellis after I got I to my 1st DUI and I was not eligible for the ARD program. My DUI involved a car accident and Ellis walked me through the entire experience, not only did he make me very prepared and aware of what was needed by me to get the best possible outcome, but he was also able to get three other charges, including 2 Felonies, dropped from my case. He was amazing and saved my career and my life. With a DUI the fines can be up to $5,000 dollars, but my total fines only added up to be around $1300 because of his negotiation with the prosecutor. I highly recommend Ellis, he was professional, polite and there was absolutely no judgment. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation he is one of the best to put into action against it.

Out of state DUI
I was facing a 5 year old DWI case when I contacted Ellis Klein. I had an open bench warrant for the case and have been living in Florida. I was able to turn myself in to the court and placed in Mr. Klein’s custody. My judge made it very clear he wasn’t accepting plea deals on bench warrants, but Mr. Klein was able to pull some strings and make it happen. He was able to make a deal where my DUI (highest level BAC) was reduced to a lowest level DUI. I did not do a minute of jail time and was only given 6 months of non-reporting probation. Also because the charges were reduced my license is not suspended. I am very grateful of Mr. Klein to help me. Without his help I would certainly be in jail and instead I am back in Florida with my family. Mr. Klein is very knowledgeable in PA law and very familiar with those on the opposing sides in a PA courtroom. I highly recommend those searching for an attorney to consider Ellis Klein.

Top notch in every aspect, Ellis is a professional in every way
Ellis defended me in regarding to two DUI charges and had both dismissed, he was ready for anything the DA threw our way and Ellis knew what to say, he represented me the way a client would like to be treated. 2nd Offense DUI
I hired Ellis Klein after several weeks of intense research and interviews with attorneys. This was my second DUI and I needed someone very familiar with the laws and who had a great relationship with officers, magistrates and judges and who was respected and had a good reputation as well. Ellis was that attorney. From the moment I spoke to him and his assistant Lindsay, I knew I was in good hands. They were always there to answer my questions and calm my fears. Ellis knew exactly how to handle this case allowing us to achieve the best possible outcome which included zero time in prison, the minimum amount in fines, lowest possible period on House Arrest, and the ability to receive the Interlock Ignition system after halfway through the suspension period of my license. DUI Case
Ellis Klein represented me recently in a DUI case in PA. This was a new experience for me and Ellis walked me through it and handled the entire case quite professionally. He explained everything to me from the beginning and along the way, helping me understand the law, the process, and what to expect. All of Ellis' expectations turned out to be accurate. He treated me with respect and never showed any sign of being judgmental. He also minimized my involvement in the proceedings as much as possible, and worked successfully to ensure I received the minimum penalty under the circumstances. His office staff was available every time I needed to make contact, and he returned my calls promptly when out of the office. Finally, I thought his fees were reasonable and his services well worth the amount paid.

First Time DUI
I was recently going through the stages of my first DUI offense and didn't know where to begin. Ellis was very helpful from beginning to end, guiding me in to the ARD program and answering every question I've had along the way. His assistant Lindsay has been extremely helpful as well. I have nothing but positive feedback for the both of them.
