CDL Traffic Ticket – Overweight Violation
I'm From New Jersey but I received a ticket in PA for going over a 3 ton bridge. I didn't know the weight limit of the bridge because I was trying to get to my location to make a delivery. I was way overweight and the fine for the ticket was $3,400.00. I was just calling around for lawyers and I talked to quite a few but they were giving me attitudes and way too expensive. I called Ellis and his receptionist was very professional and the lawyer was a great guy. Ellis is down to earth and he actually listened to my story I couldn't go to court because I couldn't get off work. Ellis went to court for me and got my fine reduced by $2,200.00! I ended up paying only about 1/3rd of the original fine, due to Ellis. I thank him so much for everything !! Great Guy!!

Reckless Driving
I haven't had a ticket in almost 20 years. Then I got a reckless driving ticket and was facing 5 points on my license and a 6 month suspension. Ellis was able to get ZERO points and NO suspension. I just had to pay a fine. Five stars!!! Thank you!!

NJ driver with PA ticket

CDL Speeding- The Best Attorney for the Job
I have my cdl and drive truck for a living. I had received a speeding ticket that would have cost me job and unable to be hired at any other company and I have a large family that I am the sole supporter of. I chose Ellis for his length of experience in the legal profession, his previous employment with the district attorney’s office and all the positive reviews, and as it’s turns out he knew the judge presiding over my case well. Car Accident - Professional, Responsive and Effective Law Firm
This law firm did a great job when I received a ticket from a car accident I was in. The ticket would have resulted in points on my license, but the law firm was able to negotiate with the police officer and my charge was changed to a lesser offense with no points. Everyone was so nice, understanding and knowledgeable. I was very nervous and appreciated the kindness and confidence this law firm showed! Even with COVID restrictions causing the case to be delayed than held as a zoom meeting, everyone remained calm and professional. If you are thinking you can represent yourself in traffic court, think again!! This firm is worth every penny and with the hearing/court process, unless you are an experienced lawyer, you will not know what to expect or how to best respond. As my court date came closer and I got more and more nervous, I was so glad for experienced, professional legal representation to lead me through the whole process and answer all of my questions and concerns!

Multiple Traffic Tickets - Great Attorney
I hired Ellis Klein to represent me in a serious traffic violation. I was cited with 3 tickets and would have had a minimum of 9 points added to my records as well as a possible suspended license plus, fines & of course an increase to my insurance rates. Passing School Bus - Professional and Effective!!
I had a traffic case where I could’ve lost my license for 6+ months and Ellis Klein appeared for me in court (so I didn’t have to miss work) and was able to have the infraction dropped to the lowest level! No moving violation or points on my record and I am so relieved! He and his team were extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. Major Speeding Violation

Speeding Ticket
I had a speeding ticket in my town, was going 19 above the limit. My license IS my job decided to get a lawyer. I found Ellis and let me tell you it was money very well spent. Not only he was very professional and courteous, he got my entire violation dismissed, hopefully, I will never need his services again but if I will, that will 110% be Ellis Klein. Thank you, sir!!!

Driving on Dui Suspension
Mr. Klein represented me in a driving under DUI suspension. I was facing 60-90 days incarcerated and another year loss of license. He got it dropped to driving without a license which means no jail time or any more time added to my suspension. He also gave me information about getting my license back and on interlock. I would definitely recommend him. I actually already referred him to a friend. Thank you so much.

Out of State Speeding Ticket
I received a speeding in excess of 16 MPH ticket in PA. I was concerned with getting points on my license I began contacting lawyers, especially as NJ resident as most out of state moving violation transfers as 2 points automatically. Ellis was able to reduce the speeding ticket to no points and did not transfer to NJ, also with a reduced fine compared to the speeding ticket. What was even better was that Ellis was able to serve in my absence, so I did not have to take a day off from work to hike up to PA and back. Ellis contacted me quickly, was honest about how he could help me, and gave good advice before I had even retained him. I was happy to retain him, and he was even readily available when I called him before the trial for some questions and concerns I had. I recommend absolutely, as Ellis was able to get me the best outcome I was hoping for.

Passing School Bus
I used Ellis as my lawyer for a traffic violation that I had received. The violation came with a loss of license for two months. Ellis was very upfront with me about my chances of appealing this charge. He made my case very personal with the DA and because of his close relationships was able to get the violation reduced which saved my license. Excellent lawyer
When my son got a ticket for Passing a School Bus, we decided to retain Ellis Klein, and I am so glad we did. Couldn't have asked for a better advocate than Mr. Klein. Traffic Accident
Was in a car accident and given 2 tickets and 5 points by the State trooper. Ellis was able to have 1 ticket and all 5 points removed. Very professional. Would recommend him highly.

Reckless Driving
I received 3 tickets for speeding, reckless driving and failure to use turn signal. My License was going to be suspended for at least 6 months! I searched for a lawyer and found Ellis Klein who was truly amazing, he was able to get these charges dropped and I received 0 points on my license. Ellis Klein was amazing, very professional and honest about my case during the consultation. I still can't believe the results!! I will definitely use Ellis Klein for any future needs and I will recommend Ellis Klein to my family, friends and colleagues.
